Accepted Payment Methods.

Self-Pay Patients

If you're a self-pay patient, you may use one of the following payment methods:

Credit/Debit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For your security, all transactions are encrypted and securely processed.

Bank Transfer: Bank transfers can be made to the following account:

• Bank: [Your Bank Name]

• Account Name: [Your Clinic's Name]

• Sort Code: [Your Sort Code]

• Account Number: [Your Account Number]

 Please include your patient ID as a reference in your transfer. You will receive this ID once you have booked an appointment.

In-Person Payment: Our clinic accepts credit/debit cards but not cash.

Insured Patients

If you have a private health insurance policy, we can directly bill your insurance company for the Services provided.

 Direct Billing: We have agreements with most major health insurance companies. If you have health insurance, please contact us with the details of your insurance policy, and we will handle the billing process directly with your insurance provider.

Please note that you will need to provide a Letter of Guarantee (LOG) or pre-authorisation from your insurance company for your consultation or treatment. This letter must be submitted to us before your appointment.

 

Reimbursement: If we cannot directly bill your insurance provider, you can pay upfront and seek reimbursement from your insurance provider later. Please ensure that you have a clear understanding of your insurer's policy on this matter.
 

In all cases, we recommend that you confirm the details of your coverage with your insurance provider before your visit.
 

Booking Online: Book an appointment or a service online. Our team will provide you with a patient ID and the total cost of the treatment, which is payable before your meeting.

Making a Payment: For self-pay patients, we can use a credit/debit card or bank transfer via our secure online portal.

Confirmation of Payment: You will receive a confirmation email once we have received your payment.

Insurance Coverage: For patients with insurance coverage, please provide us with your insurance details (policy number, name of insurance provider) and pre-authorisation, if required by your insurer.
